Every medication at a glance
Each medication gets a row, like the Clock app, with a countdown to the next dose or a green Ready button once it's time for the next dose.
Doses shows every medication you take and exactly when it's time for the next dose. Check it at a glance, log a dose with one tap, and share it with the people who help you.
This is a live example. Tap Ready to log a dose.
After a close family member had surgery, she came home with a sheet of instructions: pain medication every 4 to 6 hours, an antibiotic four times a day, and something for nausea as needed. Between me, my spouse, and her friends, we were texting each other at 3am to ask who gave what, and when.
Doses does the math for every medication, reminds you when it's time for the next dose, and lets you share access with friends and family so you're all working from the same log.

Every few hours, a range, or a few times a day spaced across waking hours. Set sleep hours and doses wait until morning.
Turn on an alarm for any medication and your iPhone rings when it's OK to take, even in Silent mode.
Invite family, friends, or a nurse through iCloud. Everyone sees the same list and who gave each dose, and access can end on a date you choose.
Keep track of your own medications and those of the people you look after, and switch between them with one tap.
Photograph the discharge instructions or a pharmacy label. Apple Intelligence reads each medication on your iPhone, and you check everything before it's added.
A dark mode made for the middle of the night. Check what's due without waking anyone, then set your alarm for the next dose and go back to sleep.

Check the timer on your iPhone, or keep Doses open on an iPad by the bed, with every medication and its details side by side.

There's no account, no ads, and no tracking. Your medications stay on your devices and in your own iCloud, shared only with the people you invite. Photos you scan are read on your iPhone and never uploaded.
Doses is in testing with a small group of families and will be available for iPhone and iPad soon.
